The handling of data is carried out with the assistance of modern computerised systems by individuals employed especially for this purpose. The information supplied on the House of Wonders - Zanzibar Holiday website will be filed on electronic data-bases and treated with computerised methods. In accordance with Art.4 of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 no. 196, ìdata handlingî refers to: ìany operation or set of operations carried out, even without the aid of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, cancellation and destruction of data including data not recorded in a data bankî.
Area of communication and distribution
The data provided by you may be seen by employees and/or collaborators of House of Wonders srl whenever it should become necessary for the fulfilment of the tasks entrusted to them.
The data supplied by you will be made known to the data handling Manager.
Any further communications or diffusion of the data supplied by you will only take place with your explicit consent.
Nature of the conferment.
The data is subdivided into two categories, obligatory and optional, as marked out on the registration form.
The conferment of some data is therefore obligatory for you, in that it is data which is necessary for supplying services.
Providing your personal data is optional. However, if the data is not provided, we will not be able to answer to your bookinq enquiry request.

Rights of the person involved
You may address the owner of the data handling to exert your rights as outlined in of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 no. 196 which, for your convenience, we reproduce here in its entirety:
Art. 7
Rights of access to personal data and other rights
- The person involved has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/herself, even if these have not yet been recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
- The person involved has the right to obtain an indication as to:
- the origin of the personal data;
- the ends and methods of the handling;
- the logic applied in case of handling carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
- the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become acquainted with it in their capacity of designated representative in the country, of managers or persons in charge.
- The person involved has the right:
- To an update, a rectification or, when it is in his/her interests, to add to the data;
- To obtain the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of the data handled in violation of the law, including those whose conservation in relation to the aims for which the data has been gathered or subsequently handled is not necessary;
- To obtain the attestation that the operations outlined at letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regards to their content, of those persons whose data has been communicated or distributed, excepting where this should prove impossible or would involve the use of means which is obviously disproportionate compared to the right being exercised.
- The person involved has the right to oppose him/herself, either wholly or in part:
- For legitimate reasons to the handling of personal data concerning his or her person, even if they are pertinent to the aims of the data collection;
- To the handling of personal data concerning him or herself for the purposes of sending publicity material or of direct sales or for the accomplishment of market research or commercial communication.
